Terms & Conditions
The conditions applying to Sponsorships and Registrations for this event are:
- The event organiser is the Rotary Club of Southbank Inc. ABN 77 892 041 658
- The principal beneficiary of the event is the Rotary Club of Southbank's charitable fund
- A full refund is available for cancellations received in writing up to 5pm 22nd April 2012.
- Those received after that, but prior to 5pm 28th April 2012, will be subject to a 25% administration fee.
- No Refunds after 5pm 30th April 2012 except at the sole discretion of the event organiser.
- Personal, company and other contact details entered on the next
screens will not be released to any persons other than the event
organiser in conjunction with the beneficiary of the event.
- Credit Card details are entered by the user and retrieved by the Rotary Club of Southbank using a SSL secured server.
- Transactions are retrieved and processed manually and are not held in electonic format following retrieval.
- A confirming email will be sent which is also a Tax Invoice for GST. A paper invoice will not be issued.
- Proceeding with a Registration after reading these Conditions indicates acceptance of the Conditions
